We would like to welcome you to our Thurrock Campus, an inspirational £45 million purpose built campus in Grays High Street, learn more about this exciting campus, the positive impact it is having, and the state-of-the-art facilities that are available to you.
This open event is a great way to get an idea of what it is like to study here at South Essex College. You can see the teaching rooms, facilities and equipment first-hand, talk to the tutors about the courses you’re interested in, and have a tour of the whole campus to get a feel for the place.
There are lots of our current students helping on the night, so you can talk to them about what they think of life at the College.
If you need information on careers, funding, travel, or any other advice, our Student Services team are available to talk to you one-to-one.
If you decide that you would like to apply for a course at the college there is the opportunity to complete your application form on the night to ensure you stand the best possible chance of getting your place on the course you’ve chosen.
Please note you will not be able to find out about our Higher Education courses at this event. We have three Saturday events during the year at The Forum, Southend where you can find the information you need for our degree courses.

Is there parking available?
There is no parking available on the College grounds. However, there are lots of parking options around Grays town centre. Thurrock Council provides details of the car parks available. The most convenient is the Grays shopping centre multi-storey car park. Please click here for details.
